Quebedeaux's Boudin & Cracklins - Alexandria, LA

We just happened to stop on the way home from a family vacation. We were out to eat often over the last week . This was my favorite their regular boudin and smoked were top tier. The best chicken fingers and fries weve ever had. I actually will drive 6 hours from home to get this again. 10/10 recommend.

I love the hole in the wall places and this is just that. Yes they do have a full restaurant this is a little shop about the size of a food truck. They have a drive through and you can walk in. It is as the British say take away. The food is true southern cooking fantastic. They do give samples of the cracklins chicken and pork. You will get both they are so good.

This awesome little place has the meatiest chicken cracklins I've ever eaten. The food isn't too spicy and is loaded with flavor. The minute I rolled in and smelled the deliciousness, I knew this was exactly what I thought a stop for food in Louisiana would be.

Tried them out on our way home to Dallas traveling from New Orleans and they were delicious. I tried the chicken Cracklins, gumbo and their smoked boudin. Everything was great! Highly recommend. 🙂

I was coming from Dallas and I decided to stop at the gas station now I noticed it was a Boudin store. I got me and my grandchildren, Some Boudoin it was really good but honey let me tell you the whole crackling is the truth is the best I’ve ever had. I wish they would do orders to be shipped out.
